Free Bug Support
Our products are designed to be bug-free and high-quality. However, in the rare instance of critical bugs in real-time use, our team will resolve them immediately at no cost. These fixes will also be included in future updates to ensure continued performance.

App Rejection Support
We ensure that your app meets all technical requirements to prevent rejections on app stores. If an issue arises, our team will work closely with you to resolve it and get your app approved swiftly.

Free 3rd Party Configuration Support
Cosnet assists with registering and configuring accounts on third-party services such as SMS Gateways, Payment Gateways, and Hosting Servers. However, our support does not include local machine configurations. Please note, support will be void if customisations are made by you or your team.

Free White Labeling
Your branding is important to us. We provide white-labeling services to replace Cosnet’s branding with your logo, company name, and other visual assets, ensuring a professional representation of your business.

Support Extension
